• Added notification of host unresponsive / responsive transitions.

• Monitor network status so that WiFi unavailable does not get confused with host unavailable state. Display the WiFi state so that WOL packets are not lost because WiFi is not available.

• Added more settings to control App behavior, and split settings for hosts onto separate screens for ease of use.

Fixed a bug that was hiding Wake-On-LAN I/O errors. This was confusing because it left the user wondering if the host might eventually come online, when the I/O error clearly showed that the WOL Magic packet was not even written to the network. This happened for example if WiFi was not connected.
